The Eurocopter EC635 (now known as Airbus Helicopters H135M) is a multi-purpose light helicopter developed by Eurocopter. The EC635 is a military variant of the predecessing EC135, with changes made in order to accomodate for weaponary and other requirement. The aircraft utilises either two Pratt & Whitney Canada PW206B2 or two Turbomeca Arrius 2B2 engines, depending on customer needs. The firm marketed the EC635 as a versatile military aircraft, with modifications available for troop or cargo transport, medevac, reconnaissance or surveillance roles, and even as armed combat support.
