The Cessna 210 Centurion had been introduced in 1960, as a single-engine, high-performance aircraft. The main purpose of the model was general aviation, however it was used widely in-flight schools and as air taxi. Aspiring to create a pressurized version of the aircraft, Cessna introduced the P210N in 1978, which was a turbo 210N featuring pressurized cabin and open wheel wells for landing. The Cessna P210N was produced in great quantities.
