Bombardier (Business) Learjet 45

The Learjet 45 is a mid-size business jet aircraft, produced by the Learjet Division of Bombardier Aerospace. Development of the model came about as Learjet intended to create a competitor for the extremely popular Cessna Citation Excel in the super-light business jet category. Since the original Learjet model, the Learjet 45 was the first brand new design in the line since the very first aircraft, with great focus on maintaining the family’s high-speed performance. Eventhough the Learjet 45 was developed to be a stronger competitor to other newer models, having to adhere to more rigorous rules under FAR Part 25, the time to finalise a design had taken substantially longer then anticipated. The first prototype of the Learjet 45 had flown in 1995, however due to issues with FAA certification in the year to follow, the first deliveries to customers were delayed until 1998.

Priceless Aviation is pleased to offer a great range of ground power equipment for this aircraft, including tugs, ground power units, start power units, aviation tools, and more, which are perfectly suited to the requirements of the Learjet 45 aircraft.

This includes the popular RBI9400T mechanic hand trolley case complete with 161 BAHCO tools, the 747C tug, and the RBSC150 continuous power unit, which is ideal for diagnostic work, pre flight checks or for continuous powering of equipment during operations, without draining the onboard aircraft batteries and the Twin RB75A for starting the aircraft, helping to avoid hot starts. We also offer a combination of start and continuous power in one unit for the Learjet 45 in our TC3000 range.
