Bell 407GX

The original Bell 407 model is a single-engine, multipurpose utility helicopter, intorduced in 1996 and manufactured by Bell Helicopter. The 407 was a direct derivative of the 206L-4 LongRanger helicopter, with the intention to create a new light helicopter for the commercial market. The 407’s fuselage was lengthened and widened to accommodate for a more comfortable cabin and extended windows, and was primarily constructed of composite material. A later variant of the aircraft was the Bell 407GX, which featured the Garmin G1000 glass cockpit, upgraded avionics and flight controls, and utilising a Rolls-Royce 250-C47 engine for optimised performance.

Priceless Aviation is pleased to offer a great range of ground power and support equipment for this aircraft, including tugs, ground power units, start power units, aviation tools, and more, which are perfectly suited to the requirements of the Bell 407GX aircraft.

This includes the popular RBI9400T mechanic hand trolley case complete with 161 BAHCO tools, the RBPS50 continuous power unit, which is ideal for diagnostic work, pre-flight checks or for continuous powering of equipment during operations, without draining the onboard aircraft batteries and the RB50A for starting the aircraft, helping to avoid hot starts.
